The room is available immediately and ideal for a CPUT and or UWC student(s) -- whom must be very decent; otherwise, please don't even bother! All the student(s) has to do is bring their luggage / clothes, as the apartment and room have all is needed; if not, say what you want added and may be considered if doable.
