Requirements: * This person should ideally have worked with the SETAs before. * Understand the administrative processes required by the SETAs. * The person must be very organised, give attention to detail, ability to work under pressure. * Excellent word and excel skills, be an excellent communicator (verbally and written). * Can work on their own. * Comfortable managing training interventions using zoom, dealing with learners (factory floor to management level). * Be able to manage and update the Quality Management System required for the SETA accreditation. * Handling the exit moderations required by the SETA. * Reporting and communicating with the FoodBev SETA.
