Calling all drivers full time or part time We need drivers from Mthatha. We are a food delivery service. If you have a bike or a car and a smart phone.

Duties: Procurement: Sourcing and Negotiation: Identifying suppliers, negotiating contracts, and securing the best prices and terms for goods and services. Purchase Order Management: Creating and managing purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. Supplier Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers to ensure reliable supply and quality. Market Research: Staying informed about industry trends, prices, and availability to anticipate future needs. Stock Management: Inventory Control: Monitoring stock levels, forecasting demand, and implementing strategies to optimize inventory. Stock Rotation: Implementing procedures to ensure that older stock is used first to minimize spoilage or obsolescence. Warehouse / Stores Management: Overseeing warehouse operations, including storage, picking, and packing. Inventory Accuracy: Maintaining accurate inventory records to ensure that the right products are available in the right quantities. Other Responsibilities: Budget Management: Tracking and managing procurement and inventory costs to ensure adherence to budget. Policy and Procedure Development: Developing and implementing policies and procedures related to procurement and inventory control. Collaboration: Working with other departments, such as sales, customer service, and logistics, to ensure smooth operations. Problem Solving: Addressing issues related to procurement, inventory, and supplier relationships. Requirements: Grade 12 & a formal qualification. Strong Food & Beverage / culinary background. Experience in kitchen management and stock control. Valid drivers license and able to travel between St. Francis Bay & Port Elizabeth. Proficiency in food purchasing. Excellent computer skills including POS & Inventory Management programs. Light Speed essential. Strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage budgets and inventory effectively. Budgeting, cost analysis, and profit margin management skills.

This team focusses on the customer relationship and is the primary contact for the customer & internal parties. Collaborate with the internal teams to ensure coordinated tasks are completed efficiently to support business objectives and customers. The primary focus of this role is on activities related to contract execution, planning and customer service. Excellence in Execution: Customer facing Enter and complete all entries of commodity movements data in the system Reconcile all contracts and investigate and resolve stock differences in collaboration with the inventory coordinator Measure margins on physical delivery Ensure settlement of all contracts once completed and in accordance with contract payment terms Inform customers about order status, invoices, contract balances and other information needed to complete the sale Planning for customer contract delivery in collaboration with the logistics team Identify efficiency & cost saving opportunities in the supply chain Resolve all customer queries as quickly and efficiently as possible Collaborate with all internal teams to ensure coordinated tasks are completed efficiently to support business objectives and customers Other duties as assigned Handle basic issues and problems, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff Maintain a good relationship with customers Maintain good relationships and open communications with all related internal parties Requirements Bachelor’s degree in a related field or 5 years’ experience in a similar role Exposure to the Food/Feed/Agri commodity sector will be an advantage Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools Excellent Microsoft Excel proficiency Excellent communication and negotiation skills Fluent in English and in Afrikaans languages Solution oriented and pro-active problem solving Dedicated and diligent Ability to work as part of a team but also reach individual goals Adaptable to change & the ability to work under pressure Comfortable working after hours Role and responsibilities This role requires a high level of administration. Majority of the admin work is compiled on Microsoft Excel and exported to a complex integrated ERP system. Daily and consistent liaisons with customers regarding requirements, planning, offload points, stock levels, delays at offloading point etc. Daily and consistent liaisons with logistics. Key Responsibilities: Assist the Executive Chef in the daily running of the kitchen Oversee kitchen operations in the Executive Chefs absence Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality, beautifully presented dishes Manage food preparation, plating, and service for all meals, including à la carte and fine dining experiences Maintain health and hygiene standards in line with 5-star requirements Supervise, train, and mentor junior kitchen staff Monitor stock levels, assist with ordering, and manage inventory Assist in creating seasonal menus and new dish development Ensure cost control, portion management, and minimal wastage Requirements: Formal culinary qualification or equivalent Minimum 35 years experience in a similar role within a 5-star lodge or luxury hospitality environment Strong leadership, communication, and kitchen management skills Exceptional attention to detail and creativity in presentation Excellent knowledge of hygiene and safety standards Ability to work under pressure in a high-end, fast-paced kitchen Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays Package Includes: Competitive salary Live-in position with meals included (if applicable)
