Johannesburg (Gauteng)
I Teach piano for children ages 5 and upwards. Beginner adults are also welcome. I have been involved in music since the age of 5yrs old. Sung as Head chorister at St George's Cathedral Cape Town under Barry Smith. Moved to Johannesburg when older and sang as Tenor under Roger O hogan (St Martins Church Rosebank) and Prof Schneider. I am currently the organist and choirmaster at St Mark's Church North Riding - Randburg where I also reside and have been giving piano lessons to students and adults for the last 8 yrs. I love imparting my knowledge to other students and have a great deal of patience. I feel that music should always be played with feeling and from the soul. I also encourage the student to improvise when necessary. I am available on Saturdays(full day if space available) I am also available from Mondays to fridays from the 9/1/2011 I will be available full-time from 2011 as I will be devoting my time to teaching music.
