This role will focus on designing, developing, and testing new fencing systems, posts, and fixation products, with a strong emphasis on cost reduction and performance improvement. Responsibilities: Manage R&D projects from concept to implementation. Design and develop fencing systems, welded mesh products, and fixation systems. Conduct material stress analysis, focusing on steel and advanced plastics. Apply SolidWorks for design, modelling, and simulations. Drive cost-saving initiatives through value engineering. Requirements: Mechanical Engineering Degree or equivalent experience. Proficiency in SolidWorks and R&D project management. Strong knowledge of material stress analysis and welding techniques. Experience with crash, blast, and ballistic applications is a plus. Willingness to travel internationally up to 50%.
