These Soft Serve Ice Cream and Yogurt Machines are brand new in the manufacturer's box with a 2 Year Parts Warranty and 5 Year Compressor and Frame Warranty. We stock all parts for these machines and ship daily. We have been a distributor for refrigeration products for 11 years and have an excellent relationship with the manufacturer and a comprehensive knowledge of the products and their operation. For us to be able to deliver, you MUST be available to receive the shipment during normal business hours. If you are not available when they attempt to deliver, the freight company will hold the machine at their local facility and you will be required to pick the machine up from that location. If you request for them to reattempt delivery, they will charge an additional fee and you will be responsible for that fee. If you need the machine delivered with a lift gate to make unloading easier, let us know and we'll arrange it. We must know in advance to order this service from the freight provider, so let us know asap when you purchase. If the freight company arrives and cannot deliver for lack of a lift gate, they will charge a re delivery fee, which will be the buyer's responsibility. This item ships by freight on a pallet.
