The successful applicant must be at ease sharing the house. She or he will have the main (most spacious) bedroom and must have her or his own bedroom furniture, and will share a bathroom and common areas (kitchen, living room and dining room) with the owner-couple. The owner-couple are already in their own bedroom and will use the third bedroom as a study, and will of course have use the bathroom and the common areas when they come home on weekends and ocassionally on weekdays. Benefits to the successful applicant are: Affordable rent R2,800 per month; Small security deposit of R500.00; A flexible (short or long term) lease; Water and electricity included in rent; Rent further includes wifi connectivity; A lockup garage; and An alarm system.
