Brake Type Rim Hubs are super smooth. Very light and stiff! Lower price due to rear rim being damaged. They do have some issues on the rear rim, none of which affect the ride or integrity due to them being carbon laminate with aluminium brake surface. I bought them from a dealer and received them in this condition. I have been riding them like this for 2 years with no issues at all. 1- Carbon is delaminating around spokes. Doesn't make a different because the spokes go into the aluminium rim. 2- Rear rim has a small crack in the carbon but not major. Braking surface is still 100% good. You could just replace the rear rim and then you have a perfect set of top end wheels OR use on the indoor trainer as is. Price is negotiable.
