Sales Representative (FMCG) – Port Elizabeth / EASTERN CAPE Our client is seeking to employ a Sales Rep to join their Port Elizabeth team Assisting in the operation of allocated commercial stores: Evaluate and promote better services to customers where required Control and monitoring of the company’s fixtures Monitoring of stores monthly sales and growth in accordance with company targets Implement strategic initiatives as required by the Line Manager Ensure that all listed products are ordered and displayed in applicable stores Responsible for ordering and follow-up of all seasonal and everyday stock Evaluate and analyse allocated stores monthly sales and growth in accordance with the company’s monthly targets Implement store disciplines’ as stipulated in the company’s show file Adhere to and implement the company’s procedures as stipulated in the company’s procedure manual Liaising with internal and external customers: Ensure that general correspondence is adhered to as outlined by the Line Manager. Assist in the annual stock take in all stores if and when required. Address complaints and resolve problems within all stores as required. Advise line manager of concerns relating to the operational issues and general correspondence Managing of Merchandisers: Responsible for coaching merchandisers, planning, assigning and directing work disciplining merchandisers; addressing complaints and resolving problems – All in conjunction with the Line Manager Ensure that staff adhere to all the company’s procedures and requirements as specified in the company’s Sales procedure manual and show file.
