Estate seeks a Service Manager to do the processing of data required to implement a Geographic Information System for current and new developments, populate all as-built information and do the necessary to have a fully operational GIS system, lining up the as-built drawings to the actual installations, responsible for keeping records of all as-built drawings and populate the present system to be a complete compilation of the information, keeping track of all construction dates and build a system indicating completion and contract liability periods, process all electrical and water billing, analysing and flagging any deviations which can then be investigated and resolved. Working with the Infrastructure Services Manager to maintaining the AOS (acknowledgement of services) agreement and keeping track of progress. You will be responsible for implementing systems whereby all information relating to guarantees are kept, assisting with the update of asset registers and be available to assist the maintenance team in all other duties not listed above. The ideal candidate must have the relevant tertiary qualification, minimum of 2 years’ applicable civil / survey experience, a practical understanding of drawings for example (CAD / DWG), good project management skills, must be able to handle work related pressure.
