Indoor Magnetic resistance trainer Item brand new. We bought it for training use and decided it was not what we wanted.

The trainer is in good condition, it has variable resistance levels. I didn't use it very much. The adjustment knob to tighten the trainer to the wheel broke but it can be tightened by a spanner or it can be replaced (as seen in photos)

If you set the handlebar resistance lever to a high position you have to exert a lot of force while advancing slowly, just like when you tackle a steep climb. This is a second hand CycleOps Pro 400 indoor bike with built-in PowerTap. I have used it for indoor training over the past 5 years and it has made a huge difference to my fitness levels. The reason I am selling it now, is that I have decided to upgrade and get the Wahoo Kickr Bike, and I need to make some space to accommodate the new trainer. I bought the bike from Bicycle Power Trading, in Rivonia, and have dealt with Dave Brown for a number of years now - he has helped with the odd-service when needed. The trainer is quiet when being used- so you won't keep the rest of the family awake if you sneak in a couple of intervals before or after work. The bike works with ROUVY, using the ANT+ connector to a phone or iPad. Note, it is not a Bluetooth enabled bike. Whilst still considered a smart trainer, it is of the "older generation" and not really compatible with apps like ZWIFT. I will include the ANT+ and iPhone dongle to connect to your tablet or phone. TACX Floor Indoor Trainer in good condition. Provides a heads up display of power, simulates incline and resistance through the head unit and very simple to set up and use. Has had very limited use and it currently collecting dust. Unsure if compatible with Zwift. Comes with Continental Home Trainer tyre with R800, a compatible quick release skewer and a front wheel block. Needs an ethernet cable of your choice to connect the head unit to the trainer drive unit. Negotiable.
