At least 2 years’ experience in rentals will count in your favour. Must have excellent administration skills. Must be organized and able to stick to deadlines. Able to work in a pressurized environment. Attention to detail. Able to prioritize tasks. Passion for real estate. Must be fully computer literate with rental software experience as an advantage. Area: Somerset West area and surrounds. Starting date: As soon as possible. PROPERTY RENTAL ADMINISTRATOR IN STELLENBOSCH The dynamic Leapfrog Rental team in Stellenbosch is looking for a meticulous, proactive and driven Rental Property Administrator with a passion for real estate and people. The ideal incumbent should be a people and process-orientated problem solver who enjoys working in a team but can function independently with little management. This position is available from or as soon as possible thereafter.
