Ideal candidates will be professional individuals who have the ability to multi-task and take the necessary initiative to ensure the smooth running of the office and offer a world-class service to our clients. You will be a friendly and highly organized individual with excellent typing and secretarial skills. Your responsibilities will include general secretarial and administrative support to customers, employees and business associates and reception duties. At least one years’ experience in a similar role is required, as well as an excellent command of English. A salary is negotiable according to experience but will be in the vicinity of R7,000 per month.
