Currently there are 14 people living on the farm. Very close to the University and Techno park (about 2-3km from each). Walking distance from a 24 hour shop. Minimum 6month lease. Laundry facilities are available at an additional once-off fee of R250. 1 month's deposit required to secure the room. Unfortunately no room sharing.
