I can always add other amenities if needed by tenant(s). The house apartment is 3 minutes walk to Pentech train station, 5 mins walk to former Pentech (now CPUT Bellville Campus) and 10 minutes walk to UWC through CPUT. It's also close to public transports and many spaza shops around -- in fact, i share boundary with a spaza shop. The neighborhood is safe and the apartment is very secured. The room is available immediately and ideal for a CPUT and or UWC student(s) -- whom must be very decent; otherwise, please don't even bother! All the student(s) has to do is bring their luggage / clothes, as the apartment and room have all is needed; if not, say what you want added and may be considered if doable.
