A kitchen porter is a crucial part of every kitchen to help the kitchen run smoothly. Requirements and previous experience in the following areas: Basic food preparation experience Washing up, cleaning and clearing all kitchen areas Unloading and putting away deliveries. Emptying bins, sweeping and mopping floors. Ensuring all equipment is clean and put away correctly.
