Full nut and bolt restoration of this little machine. Frame and wheels re-sprayed all hardware replated or replaced. Engine - all bearings, gaskets, seals, conrod, big and small end with a Wossner forged piston. Barrel - ported to Erig Gorrs spec to boost mid range/ top end and re-plated at NSC Cylinders. (Have the build specs - port timing, clearances etc) Head angle and squish was cut and set to correct clearance. New Parts List: Tyres. Front and back disc's Chain+sprockets. Front tube. Front and rear wheel bearings and seals. Plastics. Stickers kit. Lower shock bearing. Front forks rebuilt and rear shock serviced. Exhaust repacked. Carb kit. Air filter. Throttle cable.
