The Helen O'Grady Drama Academy has been running its programme for a number of years in Camps Bay at St Peter's Church Hall in Camps Bay on Tuesday afternoons. The programme focuses on developing confidence, self-esteem, communication and performance skills using an international curriculum. There are lots of opportunities in the Academy to extend the children's talents and if children want to take acting further, there is the Academy's casting agency, Aardvark Casting which finds work for children in the film, theatre, radio and television industries. Children are taught in three age groups: Lower Primary, Upper Primary and Youth Theatre for High School students. The Academy also offers holiday clubs based on musical theatre.
