The ideal candidate will also have experience in operating OPERA Responsibilities: To stand in for the Front Office Manager in her absence To ensure that all Receptionists are following standard operating procedures in order to work effectively as a team providing the best possible service to our guests To guide and lead Receptionist to work in accordance with standard operating procedures To take leadership in the training and orientation of new Receptionists that joins the team or those Receptionists requiring training. Ensure that the production, preparation, and presentation of food are always of the highest quality. Taking care of daily food preparation and duties assigned by the senior chefs to meet the standard and quality set by the Restaurant.
