The first one I ordered came with a rip down the seam. So I took it back into store and returned it. I ordered another one as my kid really wanted that one. I had to call customer service for a refund on the delivery as I didn’t want to pay twice for it but it was easy and they sorted it. The coat itself is lovely and thick. Very warm. It’s very stylish loves wearing it.
