Duties include: * The successful candidate provide support to sales representatives in the field and to deal with customers or prospects who contact a company's sales department. * Manage correspondence between Sales Consultants and their customers. * Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails * Direct new sales opportunities to the appropriate sales consultant for further development and closure * Update reps on order status and delivery details so that they can keep customers informed * Obtain a range of information from customers for identifying customer needs. * Contact customer to update them on the status of an order or a delivery * Maintaining customer services by responding openly and objectively to complaints / queries relating to goods and services * Receives emailed orders from customer and Sales Consultants. * Compiling and forwarding quotations. * Processing customer orders ensuring correct prices, discounts and item numbers * Follow-up on quotes not converted to sales orders * Receiving feedback on processed and back orders and informing the relevant person(s). * Factors may include but are not limited to - Forwards feedback to relevant person, ensures that after sales service is provided, ensures prompt delivery of back orders * Completing details on collection cards for goods to be collected. * Factors may include but are not limited to - incorrect stock, wrong account, cartridge * Assisting customers with orders consisting of non-standard stock items and repairs * Communicate with logistics departments to agree on delivery dates where applicable Minimum Requirements: * Matric * Previous experience in a similar role or sales support environment. JOB DESCRIPTION: BlackOps Security Solutions requires a committed, hardworking, and motivated individuals to join our team as a Control Room analyst/operator at Heineken Beverages Nederburg. The successful incumbent will be responsible but not limited to monitoring alarms, cameras, and compiling incident reports on what was observed. The Control Room Analyst /Operator primary purpose is to provide support to the Control Centre Team Leader, and to oversee the protection of sites through monitoring and adhering to client’s SOPs. Duties will include but are not limited to: ▪Monitoring sites cameras, alarm system (LISTENER) 24/7 and compiling incidents reports of occurrences as occurred. ▪Reporting of irregular activities. ▪Compiling email / report as per analysis. ▪Reporting of issues related to non-compliance/conformance to the client. ▪The monitoring of cameras and reporting on what is recorded. ▪Outbound/Inbound calls. ▪Dispatch of law enforcement/response companies to sites whenever suspicious activities spotted/detected. QUALIFYING CRITERIA: ▪Grade 12 Certificate or equivalent. ▪Grade C PSIRA registered Certificate. ▪Computer literate (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook) ▪Knowledge and experience of CCTV cameras monitoring will be added advantage. ▪Problem-solving skills. ▪Multi-tasking skills. ▪Knowledge and understanding of Company Rules b'&' Regulations and SOPs. ▪Apply site Standard Operating Procedures consistently. ▪Sound report writing skills. ▪Ability to communicate fluently in English and one of local language.
