The steel structure as seen is approx.. 22MX 12M total floor area approx.. 264 sq, metres per floor, height between floors approx. 3.2 M It is roofed with curved corrugated sheeting and there is a mix of flooring on the first floor, there are many bits and pieces that go with the structure, which can be taken or left on site. The structure in bolted to concrete anchor blocks and can be easily demounted, which will have to be undertaken by the purchaser and removed from site. The structure is heavy duty and can be adapted for any use in that the steel RSJ,s are well overdesigned for it’s original use.
