MPUMALANGA AGE-IN-ACTION PROVINCIAL Mpumalanga Age-in-Action, intends to fill the following post on a nine (9) months employment contract to be based in Middelburg SOCIAL AUXILIARY WORKER Educational Qualifications and Experience Requirements: ü Certificate in Social Auxiliary Work, ü SACSSP Registration for 2021/22, ü Studying towards social work or B. Minimum Key Responsibilities: Ø Co-facilitate and assist in the implementation of Capacity Building Program and administration in the province, Ø Conduct capacity building activities at CBCSS centres on challenges viz: NGO registrations & compliance, resource mobilisation and reporting, Ø Receive and screen older persons and other walk-in clients and direct to respective supervisors, Ø Disseminate information on the rights, services & resources for older persons, Ø Provide technical and administrative assistance and support to the organisation programs. The facility is registered with the BHF (Board of Healthcare Funders of Southern Africa – the organisation concerned with the issuing of practice numbers) and is annually inspected by the Gauteng Department of Health. Our practice number enables us to gain authorization for admission from your medical aid, resulting in payment by the medical aid. As a small facility we provide personal nursing care, on a multidisciplinary level. Northmed Frail Care Centre - Northmed is a 29-bed Frail Care facility located in the North Riding AH suburb of Randburg, where we provide 24-hour personal multidisciplinary nursing care to frail and elderly individuals. Oosmed Frail Care Centre - Oosmed is a 30-bed Frail Care facility located in the Willows suburb of Pretoria, where we provide 24-hour personal multidisciplinary nursing care to frail and elderly individuals. Oosmed is registered with the Department of Social Development and fully complies with the Older Persons Act 13 of 2006. All our nurses and care-workers are well trained and registered with the relevant regulatory bodies. Waterkloof Marina Retirement Estate - Waterkloof Marina is a world class 30-bed Frail Care and 15-bed Dementia Care facility located in the Waterkloof Ridge suburb of Pretoria, where we provide 24-hour personal multidisciplinary nursing care to frail and dementia individuals.

Driver wanted for code 10 & 11 trucks. Code 10 truck is Mercedes 1413 crane truck which delivers bricks and collects wooden pallets – experience operating a crane would be useful. Code 11 truck is Mercedes 2219 twin axle tipper which carts various loads as needed – experience with Mercedes splitter gearbox and an end tipper (working off-road at times) would be useful. Initial period will be on a contract basis as company needs dictate. Full time work is envisioned pending the securing of a contract but cannot be guaranteed. Ideally, the incumbent should live close to New Brighton or Motherwell or be able to arrange own (reliable) transport to work in the Swartkops area (no persons that need to relocate will be considered).
