Submitting the required codification applications to Supply Chain Management for assignment of unique material (Stock) codes in accordance with the standard protocol. The purpose of material codes are to facilitate an efficient and error free purchasing, stock management and PM processes. Maintenance planner has to be a qualified artisan preferably millwright. KPA’s Required: Keeping breakdown records of machines and equipment. Responsible for daily invoice payment preparation. Update KPi’s of technicians. Order spares and consumables. Responsible for the upkeep of the spare parts and flammable store. Request quotes and external services. Responsible for the maintenance plan and upkeep of maintenance records. Responsible for works order closures and follow ups/inspections. Prepare down time reports and summary of top 3 occurrences.
