Circa 18th Century Victorian burr Walnut, oval, mirrored inlaid antique Loo table with hand carved base on porcelain castors. This Victorian design table was originally built for a card game “Loo” also known as Lanterloo before it become known as the breakfast table as it was used for smaller dining. In today’s homes these tables can make the ideal small dining table for a small apartment to seat up to two people. The oval top is quarter veneered being mirrored with the finest figured walnut timbers and beautiful intricate inlaid detailing. The top rests on a pedestal with four beautiful turned support legs and center base that are intricately hand carved with fine detail and symmetry. The table is easily movable by its original white porcelain and brass castors that are attached to the pedestal.
