Draw up house plans professionally to comply with all building statutory regulations, standards and local bylaws. FARMERS: Non-compliance building drawing, including private-owned, business-owned or stated-owned either farm, agricultural land or small-holding plot? Ditto. BUILDERS: Unable to build due to illegal construction e.g. not complying with an unapproved building plan? Ditto. SANS XA (Green Buildings): Perform XA calculations and prepare ‘energy efficiency in buildings’ reports. MUNICIPALITY ISSUES: Submit NBR Building Plan applications for proposal drawing plan, Building Line Relaxation applications, retrieved copies of ‘Previously Approved Building’ plans and Special Consent applications. REMOTE OR LONG-DISTANCE AREAS: the owner/client resides who in Gauteng and owns another property/building in another province, or vice versa, and needs the drawing plans and/or the approval of their local bylaws. AGENTS: Implemented SPLUMA certifications? Obtain approvals from the Local Authority. REGISTRATIONS: Licensed SACAP registration, SAIAT Membership and XA Compliance.
