Key Responsibilities: Design and develop electrical systems for various building projects, including power distribution, lighting, fire detection, and security systems. Conduct site inspections, feasibility studies, and technical assessments. Prepare and review electrical drawings, specifications, and documentation. Collaborate with architects, mechanical engineers, and project managers to ensure seamless project execution. Ensure compliance with relevant electrical codes, standards, and regulations. Provide technical support during the construction and commissioning phases. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent. Minimum 4 years of experience in electrical building services design. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and electrical design software (e.g., Dialux, ETAP). Strong knowledge of SANS, BS, or IEC electrical standards. Experience with HV and LV power distribution. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Professional registration (ECSA Pr. Eng/Pr. Tech Eng) is advantageous.
