My company is looking to hire a Sales Manager or experienced Salesman wanting to take their skills to the next level. We are a Marketing firm that is growing and need someone who can Manage and Motivate the sales team. Push to reach targets and understand KPI’s. You will be responsible for motivating your team and ensuring they are supported. We deal with international clients so you will need to be comfortable on the phone and adaptable. You will need to be able to work unsupervised and be consistent in delivering results. In return you will be compensated with a Base Salary plus Commission.
