We are looking for a Restaurant Kitchen / Pass Manager to start in Stellenbosch Central urgently Please look at the requirements: At least 3 years experience as a Kitchen / Pass manager Must have qualifications that can be provided on request Must have stock check and ordering experience Must be be able to handle a busy pass and check quality Must be fluent in english Real Contactable references is very important Own transport is important Able to work day or night shifts Must setup shifts for kitchen staff and place orders daily and check orders delivered Must be available immediately to start You will be joining our other managers BOH at our busy restaurant working shifts with each having off days weekly.
