Assist in the annual stock take in all stores if and when required. Address complaints and resolve problems within all stores as required. Advise line manager of concerns relating to the operational issues and general correspondence Managing of Merchandisers: Responsible for coaching merchandisers, planning, assigning and directing work disciplining merchandisers; addressing complaints and resolving problems – All in conjunction with the Line Manager Ensure that staff adhere to all the company’s procedures and requirements as specified in the company’s Sales procedure manual and show file.
