In addition - the candidate would need to oversee design, implementation and roll out of automation and digitalisation of key logistic processes at the site - so advanced IT skills are also required. A knowledge of cost control, analysis and reporting would be mandatory. The ideal candidate would have a suitable degree, post graduate qualifications and suitable specific experience. Salary Offer for the ideal candidate: A Basic Package is R50 000 per month. An additional allowance of R25 000 per month is offered for accommodation, cellphone and a "mine-ready" vehicle.
