The LifeLink Throwing line comes in a highly visible yellow bag with 23m of floating line and can be used in hand or attached to the rail for MOB retrieval and meets ISAF regulations. The smaller of the “LifeLink MOB devices” offers maximum flexibility for storage and is quick and easy to deploy, ideal for Sailing, Boating, Canoeing, Rafting and getting a line ashore. *N* Featuring a hand loop on top & attachment loop at ends it enables both the rescuer and casualty to be connected. User instructions are printed on the reverse side of the bag. The deployment loop has a PVC cover which aids grip and allows easy and quick rescue if required. A versatile product that can be used as a standard throwing sock or attached to the rail deployed and towed behind the vessel whist circling the casualty. In both cases once the casualty has made contact with the line, they can be pulled or winched towards the vessel. The kit contains 36 m of floating line attached to a sturdy buoyant PVC life-sling and a personal retaining clip for added safety. Deployment is achieved by removing the LifeLink, attaching the floating line to a secure point and throwing it towards the man overboard.*N* Once in the water, the boat should circle the casualty allowing the LifeLink to be towed to their aid.
