Kruger View Cottage is a charming, thatched self catering cottage in Marloth Park, and is situated next to the southern boundary of the Kruger National Park against the Crocodile River. Comfortably nestled amongst the shady indigenous sickle bush trees, the porch of the cottage (with braai area and splash pool- perfect for summer!) has a cobbled walkway leading to to the fence of the Kruger itself. Common visitors to the boundary include families of elephants and other popular wildlife. At night, the roaring of lions can be heard, along with the whooping of hyenas. Ngwenya Lodge is located along the Crocodile River and southern border of Kruger National Park and has very easy access via the nearby Crocodile Bridge gate. The unit is on the river and enjoys one of the best locations at the lodge. It sleeps six and has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other two singles plus a sleeper couch in the lounge. If you don't know Ngwenya it really is a fantastic place and our only regret is circumstances preventing us using the unit ourselves this year. If you know Ngwenya the unit is roughly midway between the middle and lower hides and you will know how fabulous that is. We have had some great sightings from the balcony.
