Full nut and bolt restoration of this little machine. Frame and wheels re-sprayed all hardware replated or replaced. Engine - all bearings, gaskets, seals, conrod, big and small end with a Wossner forged piston. Barrel - ported to Erig Gorrs spec to boost mid range/ top end and re-plated at NSC Cylinders. (Have the build specs - port timing, clearances etc) Head angle and squish was cut and set to correct clearance. New Parts List: Tyres. Front and back disc's Chain+sprockets. Front tube. Front and rear wheel bearings and seals. Plastics. Stickers kit. Lower shock bearing. Front forks rebuilt and rear shock serviced. Exhaust repacked. Carb kit. Air filter. Throttle cable. Head bearings and seals. Grips. Kill switch. Bar pad. Clutch, brake and gearlever. Water pump shaft and gear. All fluids flushed and replaced. Pro taper bars Very quick with loads of mid range and a much more forgiving power band than stock. Only had 6 liters of fuel run time. Over 18k spent on her have all the receipts. Must be seen to be appreciated.
