We are looking for an Appointment Administrator to join our AWSUM team. You will be part of a fast-paced Call Centre whose goal is to support our national sales team with corporate appointments. This is a junior position and all applicants MUST have their own laptop/PC with Windows 10 and cellphone. Liaising with clients to market properties in the most appropriate manner to maximise the selling value Handling enquiries about properties from potential buyers and seller Property Valuations Producing reports, brochures, promotional information and other written material Travelling to properties and conducting viewings Negotiating the sale and letting of properties Administering and securing the disposal and acquisition of property and ensuring that it is completed legally Qualifications and training required Some experience of customer service work and an interest in the local property market may be advantageous.
