Overview of key activities: IR duties: · Provide all aspects of IR. · Investigate and initiate all misconduct and incapacity related matters. · Apply relevant Labour legislation. · Issue IR relevant warnings according to the relevant policies. · Maintain and develop the personnel filing system relevant to IR. · Preparing documentation for CCMA, Bargaining Council cases and or Labour Court · Liaise with GEO regularly on IR and EE matters.
