There are two rooms available for rent in a beautiful furnished student house near Mediclinic in Potchefstroom. The house is a walking distance to the University. Each room has a bed. The house has unlimited WIFI connection, a common fridge, a laundry machine, TV with basic DSTV and kitchen utensils. The house has two toilets, a bathroom and a shower room. A cleaner cleans shared spaces in the house once every week. There are currently 3 postdocs and a masters student there - all are men. I prefer postgraduate students but will consider an undergraduate student who is disciplined. I am charging 2650 per month and this includes electricity.

I am a masters student looking for a lovely laid back person to share a home with. A housemate that is a postgrad/working professional is preferable. The room is unfurnished but the rest of the house is furnished. The estate has a dam and beautiful walking trails. The rent is R5000 and this includes water, refuse collection and rates. The wifi, prepaid electricity, cleaning and garden services are not included in the rent but are split costs between the three housemates.
