Hi I am a student an NMU busy with Masters. I am a quite individual and I keep to myself. Looking for a bachelor pad/ granny flat for myself only, should be reasonably spacious (+25m^2) with a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen (pref braai area too), and be in a safe quite neighbourhood with alarm & security. Looking for a furnished apartment which I will keep in order. My budget allows for R3500-R4200, would consider +R4500 for something really special.
