Got rubbish lying

Size M Wheel Size 26" Frame Material Aluminium I recently decided that cheap doesn't have to mean rubbish. I have assembled this bike from some parts I had lying around. Both tires are tubeless but I think there's a tube in the front and I did not top up the sealant. The fork is squeaky ????.
