The role involves supervising the Product Development activities within a component engineering section. This includes planning, controlling, authorizing, and progressing the work of engineers and workshop staff, while optimizing manpower resources and managing capital investments in testing facilities. The primary objective is to ensure the timely and within-budget completion of all projects to the Group's engineering standards, in line with the corporate business plan. Key Responsibilities: Lead and supervise a multi-disciplinary team (Engineers, Technicians, and Artisans) providing engineering expertise for vehicle projects, component development, and the engineering business plan, particularly in drivetrain and dynamics engineering. Plan, organize, and manage activities to meet component engineering requirements for chassis systems (hardware and software). Represent Product Development in cross-divisional and corporate activities, contributing to projects, discussions, and presentations to define and negotiate development requirements.
