Managing and compliance of a strict bio-security environment and maintaining an effective biosecurity program by practicing good hygiene Desired Experience b'&' Qualification • Matric / Grade 12 • National Diploma in Animal Production • 1 to 2 years’ experience in an integrated Poultry Company • Minimum 1 year in Management position • Exceptional people/ team leadership skills: Coaching employees to help them develop a clear understanding of the requirements relating to poultry production, animal welfare and develop the team to ensure they have capability to meet the performance goals • Good understanding of broilers • Excellent computer skills in Microsoft office (Outlook, Excel, Word b'&' PowerPoint).
