I have 3 rooms available (2 fully furnished bedrooms & 1 backroom with toilet & bath tub but no hot water) in a shared house. The house is in Vaalpark, 20-30 mins walk to Spar & taxi rank. Tuckshop is 15 mins away. Water & lights is shared equally by the tenants. The rooms are strictly not for sharing. Just a house with some basics, nothing fancy. Backroom is R1200 & inside rooms are R1500 each. Deposit is required on all rooms. There's one African male staying in the house currently.
