Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field (Masters Degree preferred). Experience in engineering management, facilities management, or a related role, preferably in a healthcare setting. In-depth knowledge of hospital infrastructure systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and medical gas systems. Strong understanding of healthcare facility regulations, including safety codes and accreditation requirements. Proven experience managing a team of Engineers and Technicians, with excellent leadership and communication skills.
