Electro Harmonix Cathedral Reverb. Mint Condition with EH power supply. Only used in studio. This was the top of the line reverb from EH not to long ago. This is a really awesome reverb. Read the reviews on line for this pedal. I however replaced it with a Boss RV 500 recently.
