MILLWRIGHT VACANCY - EASTERN CAPE Education, Experience & Competencies Required: Matric (Maths & Science) Trade tested / Qualified Artisan (Electrical & Mechanical) + a minimum of an N4 qualification A minimum of 5 years' experience within an FMCG environment Competence on PLC's (S7) Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, speed drives, fillers and labellers PET Plant maintenance experience KPA's: • Machine availability (Machine Efficiency) • Preventative maintenance schedule adherence • Root cause analysis and maintenance cycle improvements • Coaching operational staff to ensure autonomous maintenance carried out correctly • Housekeeping and Health, Safety, Quality, Hygiene • Autonomous Maintenance Measurement CV's of suitably qualified candidates may be forwarded to global@globalrecruitment.co.za

Requirements: 2-4 Years Experience in Manufacturing and/or Automotive Industry. Technical Education NTC4 minimum - Millwright trade tested. A relevant degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering would be advantageous. Technical and / or automotive background would be advantageous. Responsibilities, but not limited to: Servicing and maintenance of pneumatic/hydraulic controls and their components. Installation work on machines and systems. Component testing and documentation after maintenance work. Special tasks according to definition of plant-specific process instruction and instructions by superiors. Knowledge of the maintenance program, basic knowledge of mechatronics, pneumatics, hydraulics, electronics, drive technology. Participation in process improvements as part of RPS proper handling of work materials. Delivery according to specific standards and guidelines. Share - communicate information by statements, suggestions, gesture or appearance. Basic understanding of paint processes paint robots and fault finding.
