Absolute canon of a dread. The DV6 has been referred to as "Guild's best kept secret," and "Guild's best bang for the buck." Solid Rosewood back and sides, solid spruce top, Grover tuners... The Guild DV-6 is an all-solid wood dreadnought, a larger vintage-style instrument, great early '60s Guild tone. The acoustic guitar features a solid spruce top, solid rosewood back and sides, scalloped spruce bracing, tortoise bindings, rosewood fingerboard and bridge, bone nut and saddle, Grover tuners, and a hand-rubbed satin gel varnish finish. Some play wear is present, but overall this guitar is in excellent condition with no repairs or breaks at all. And this guitar has opened right up tone wise.
