I am a civil engineering technician/estimator with 3 years of experiencein the tendering department (Grade 1-9 CE,GB), I assist contractors with the filling in, pricing, cash-flows, SHEQ plans, methodologies & method-statements, programs of works (MS Projects) and preparing local content.
