We have been awarded a 5-year contract to for the logistics and transport of coal for the export market. Terms of purchase: 1. Purchaser must show proof of affordability. 2. Purchaser must show proof of ability to service the terms of the contract. 3. Contract transfer upon payment reflecting in conveyancer's account. 4. Contract will be sold as “voetstoots”. Note – We can assist with sub-contractor details upon request. Purchase price: R8 000 000-00 for the initial 2-year term payable on signing an agreement of sale. R7 000 000-00 when the 3-year extension is awarded (when minimum requirements have been met).
