Duties include but are not limited to calling clients reminding them to make their payments 'renegotiation with client for a more suitable payment plan enforcing payment plans to the owing clients After sales service and basic data capturing Applicants must have the following qualities in order to be accepted for the position must have matric basic computer knowledge persuasive manner good telephonic etiquette ,must be able to speak English fluently plus one local language must have clear credit and criminal records .
