At 1st I didn't like the sleeves until I had washed it and they sat much better, less starchy. I would call them very short flutter sleeves. Rather over sized. I prefer a not do oversized look but I do not like overnight bodycon either. I am a size 12-14 but the size 6 was the most flattering. I have marked this as 'too big/too long' on the options because of this. Just to make other buyers aware that you may need to go down a size or 2. I am 5' 2/". Knee length. I am not a fan of mandarin collars and thought the ties hanging from these were a bit superfluous. In all i love the proper red red, it's not and in between red. Its comfortable and cool. I might get the black too.
